About the Roles Support Workers As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community. Your duties may include: Assisting with personal care and daily living activities Supporting participants to attend appointments and community activities Medication assistance (where qualified) Meal preparation and light household tasks Building independence, confidence, and life skills Providing companionship and emotional support Accurate documentation and progress notes NDIS Cleaners As an NDIS Cleaner, you'll help participants maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
